We have developed a new, innovative service to engage with families at the earliest point of their child’s life. We use the latest research and evidence from ABA/VB practice, delivered by a multidisciplinary team. Our developmentally informed, parent led workshops supported by professionals, will be organised to address engagement, communication and play using the Early Years curriculum, Development Matters and the Early Years Denver Model.
The Outreach Administrator plays a key role in the efficient running of the service, and alongside day to day administrative tasks including maintaining the service’s database system, providing secretarial support to the management team and managing reception duties. This role also involves liaising with parents. The role will also have responsibility for liaising with site managers with regard to general facilities maintenance.

With extensive administration experience, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to develop excellent working relationships with a range of people. Positive and enthusiastic, you will be able to take initiative and have an adaptable approach to work. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people is essential for this role.
