Posted 8 months ago

Comic Relief is one of the UK’s best loved brands and organiser of two of the country’s largest fundraising campaigns in Red Nose Day and Sport Relief. Behind all the fun and excitement is a serious business that is using the power of entertainment to create a just world free from poverty.

We are now looking to recruit a Philanthropy & Partnerships Associate to help develop our strategy for engaging ultra-high and high net worth individuals as well as for partnerships with trusts, foundations and institutions. Could that be you?

We are looking for someone who can assist the management team and oversee relationships with key partners. This will involve managing stakeholder reporting, ensuring that donor requirements and motivations are always considered and honoured in delivering projects and supporting opportunities that may arise from internal or external sources. You will also provide high quality relationship management of relevant third parties.

A skilled project manager you will have experience of working in the voluntary sector, a grant making body or a government institution.  A good communicator, you will possess an eye for detail and strong relationship management skills too. You will also be flexible, have a positive approach to work and a “can do” attitude.

Comic Relief positively welcomes, and seeks to ensure we achieve, diversity in our workforce and that all job applicants and employees receive equal and fair treatment, regardless of age, race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality. We encourage applications from disabled people and we will guarantee a first stage interview to all disabled applicants who sufficiently demonstrate in their application how they meet the essential criteria for the job as outlined on the person specification of the job description.
