This is a truly exciting opportunity to join Comic Relief as the Head of Audience Strategy and Insights and drive organisational, campaign and new business decisions as well as support the Executive team in driving strategy.
Strongly focused on the future, you will explore and identify the most effective ways of engaging with existing and new audiences, based on knowledge of the brand, its performance and its competitive and cultural context. Working with the CEO and Executive team you will help define organisation strategy and alongside the Head of Learning and Strategy enable the audience-facing aspect of our social change strategy. You will combine analytics and research insight to build actionable strategy to ensure we are truly audience-centric. You will build a high performing team to deliver recommendations that are instrumental across our strategic and tactical activities as well as champion the use of product and content data to shape thinking and action across Comic Relief.
You must have extensive experience in delivering brand, communications and organisational strategy based on rigorous analysis and insight. You will have knowledge of a wide variety of research methodologies and expertise in implementing segmentation across an organisation. Comfortable leading and managing teams and agencies you will possess strong communication, interpersonal influencing skills. You will be the sort of person who is able to build a persuasive strategic story and passionately bring senior stakeholders on board too.
