Customer Services and Membership Administrator

Based in our call centre you will be dealing with a variety of in-coming telephone calls, emails and other written correspondence from our existing members and the general public and will maximise membership recruitment and sales opportunities.
This role requires excellent communication skills and good computer skills with the ability to accurately update and maintain our in house database. Training will be provided. You will need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to demonstrate your commitment to the role, ensuring high levels of customer service on the phone and excellent attention to detail. You will also enjoy working as part of a team.
