Are you an experienced community manager who is confident dealing with large scale campaigns across multiple platforms? Are you looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to execute worthwhile work? If so, this Community Manager role with Comic Relief is the role for you.
As Community Manager we want you to be responsible for online conversation with a range of existing and new audiences across a range of brands and subject matter. We want you to develop content that will engage our audience more deeply and broaden reach. You will create and sustain conversations and relationships - always putting audiences at the heart of everything we do. We want you to support a wide range of external partners and talent too. Important will be the ability to monitor and evaluate effectiveness and use insight to improve performance.
You must be an experienced community manager who is confident dealing with large scale campaigns across multiple platforms. Used to working in an entertaining and humorous tone of voice, you will have hands on production skills and be comfortable using social production, scheduling and listening tools. Your experience of working across all social networks will have given you a demonstrable interest in new platforms, innovation and creative ideas too. A strategic thinker you will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the drive to ensure we deliver against our mission.
