As part of the busy Campaign Management Team you will provide logistical support for the distribution of our promotional materials and merchandise as well as providing assistance to exciting campaign projects.
You will act as a key point of contact between internal stakeholders and our fulfilment supplier to ensure processes run smoothly. This will involve online shop testing to make sure our systems are robust, arranging ad-hoc mailing requests, resolving order problems and processing invoices. You will problem solve using our fulfilment database as well as keeping timelines and project plans up to date. You will also provide general admin support to campaign projects and help respond to public enquiries.
This busy and varied role calls for someone with excellent MSOffice skills, experience of managing databases, taking minutes and coordinating meetings. You will also need excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Confident at juggling multiple projects, you will be good at prioritising, and able to work as part of a team.
